Preparations for most Indian board examinations are from the Question Banks. And if there are questions any other, hue and cry: ‘out of syllabus’!!!! Diplomatically the government somersaults: ‘for all those who attempted such questions get marks’!

But do we address questions in life only those from such ‘Question Banks’? And even if we begin a systemic overhaul of such of our academic system; where and how to begin with? Whom to repair? Students? Parents? Schools? Teachers? Administrators? The boards? The Government?
